Preheat to 350. Beat eggs until fluffy. Gradually
add sugar. Add oil & beat well. Slowly mix in dry
ingredients. Stir in zucchini, cinnamon, and
vanilla. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Dust with powdered
sugar before serving.
