Ingredients 2 tbsp liquid smoke 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 onions, chopped fine 1 tsp onion powder A-1 Sauce 1 small bottle catsup 3 tsp garlic powder 1 and a half tsp salt omit-garlic salt 2 tsp black pepper 10 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 cup barbeque sauce Line a baking dish at least two inches in depth with a large piece of heavy foil. I have to crisscross in order to cover the meat. Place brisket in dish and pour mixed ingredients over meat I rub it into the meat, but it’s not necessary. Seal foil tightly around meat; marinate in refrigerator overnight if time allows. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours, tightly wrapped in foil. Open foil the last half hour and pour on cup of your favorite barbeque sauce.
If BBQ, turn every 45 min.
