1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1 c. thinly sliced onion
8 oz. sliced Crimini mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire ground black pepper blend, divided
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. heavy cream
5-6 oz. baby spinach
crumbled bacon for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add chicken, onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. of pepper, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning. Cook and stir 5-7 min. or until chicken is lightly browned. Stir in cream and remaing pepper (1/2 tsp.). Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 3 min. or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened.
Meanwhile, microwave spinach, covered, for 30 sec. or until wilted. Place spinach on platter, spoon chicken mixture on top of spinach, and garnish with bacon.
