Heat 2 tsp. butter in large nonstick skillet on medium. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan. Cook 2 min. per side. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

Melt remaining butter on medium-high. Add mushrooms. Cook 5 min. or until moisture evaporates, stirring frequently. Remove mushrooms from pan. Add broth and bring to boil to loosen browned bits. Cook until reduced to 1 cup for about 5 min. Return mushrooms to pan.

Stir in cream. cook 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve chicken with sauce.
