Line baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
In a double boiler {if you don’t have one you can bring about 1-inch of water to a low simmer in a small saucepan and place a non-meltable bowl on top of it}, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Add in peanut butter stir until smooth.
Using a fork, dip bananas into the chocolate mixture, tapping the excess chocolate off.
Place dipped bananas on baking sheet. Place full baking sheet in the freezer to allow chocolate to set. Once chocolate is set, move bananas to airtight container. Store in freezer. Enjoy!
