     Frozen Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 pkgs Lemon Jell-o
1 cup boiling water
2 large cans Carnation Evaporated milk
2 8-oz cream cheeses
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
 

Instructions
dissolve Jell-o in water. Let cool, but do not thicken. Whip milk (very cold, but not frozen). Whip cream cheese, add sugar a little bit at a time. Beat until well mixed. Whip Jell-o into mixture. Pour into a large springform pan. Freeze until set.
