3 bananas, sliced (if using thick slices, use 4 bananas)
1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 4-serving size pkgs vanilla instant pudding
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 8-oz Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in 13 X 9 pan. Press evenly into the bottom of the pan. Arrange banana slices on the crust.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add pudding mixes. Beat until well blended. Spread evenly over banana slices. Spoon ddrained pineapple evenly over pudding layer. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Refrigerate 3 hours, or until ready to serve.
