     Pepper Jack Chicken

Ingredients
boneless chicken breast
thin sliced smoked bacon
block monterey jack cheese
slice jalapeno peppers
marinade ( italian dressing with a touch of white wine)
 

Instructions
Filet chicken breasts-cut into 1 1/2" wide strips. Place a chunk of cheese and 2 to 3 slices of jalapeno on strips. Roll and skewer with toothpick. Take 1/2 a slice of bacon and wrap across open side of chicken, skewer with toothpick. Marinate overnight or several hours in the fridge. Bake at 350 for 20- 30 minutes.
