10 ounces package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 C. cooked rice
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 T. chopped onion
1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 teasp. Worcester sauce
1/4 teasp. Rosemary
1 teasp. salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing
bowl, blending thoroughly. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 baking dish
and bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Easy side dish with almost any meat or fish. It can be prepared
ahead, and refrigerated. You an vary cheese and herbs.
