In a small bowl, wisk together the sour cream, mayo,
milk, and cumin.
Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes. Skewer the
shrimp and grill with the limes on medium-high heat
for approx 4 minutes. Brush the shrimp with the garlic butter.
Grill tortillas for 30 seconds each side.
Place shrimp on tortillas and top with sauce, salsa,
cabbage and lime juice.
