     Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients
1 pack bacon
Garlic
spaghetti
1 onion
2 eggs
1.25dl cream
75g parmesan/other cheese
salt
pepper
 
basil

Instructions
Put the bacon, garlic and onion in the cooking pan until it's nice and crispy. Poor in the 1.25dl of cream. Put one whole egg and one egg yolk in a seperate bowl and put in the parmesan. Spice it up with a bit of pepper. Cook the spaghetti al dente in water while you are doing all this.
Now THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT! You only have a small timeframe to do this, because the spaghetti has to be really hot for the eggs to mix properly. As soon as the pasta is done, you put in the baconmix and the eggmix and stir for a few minutes untill the egg sticks nicely to the pasta.
Put some basil on top and bit more of parmesan if you desire so. One serving is around 600 calories. Enjoy!
