     German Slaw

Ingredients
1 large head cabbage, grated
1 can pimentos, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp celery seed
Sauce:
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup liquid oil
1 tbsp salt
 
1 cup sugar

Instructions
Mix vegetables in bowl. Meanwhile, add vinegar, oil, salt and sugar to saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour hot over the vegetables and let marinate for 24 hours. Do not stir till the next day.
