Ingredients
1 lb butter
1 lb cheddar, shredded
1 1/2 tsp cayene pepper
1 tsp salt
4 cups flour
 
Instructions
Soften butter, combine the above. Roll into balls, about 1" in size. Lightly tap down tops with fork. Bake in 275 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
