     Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp coarse salt, divided
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp water
6 medium peeled sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Boil vinegar, brown sugar, butter crushed red pepper, and half of the salt. Remove from heat; add potato wedges and toss to coat. Spread potatoes on foil-lined cookie sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and glaze thickens. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
