Reserve about 1/3 of above sauce to put on top. Remaining 2/3 of sauce, add chicken. Divide mixture among 12-18 (or so) flour tortillas and roll. Place seam side down in greased baking dish. Cover with rest of sauce and sprinkle generously with more cheese and a green onion or 2 chopped (use tops). Bake at 350, uncovered, until hot and bubbly. Better if baked, let sit and reheated.
