Place the tomato wedges and the yellow or heirloom
tomatoes in a bowl.
Add the sliced onion. Pull the slices apart as you add them.
Squeeze the juice from the fresh lemon onto the tomatoes
and onions.
Add the crushed garlic.
Add the olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
Toss the salad well, and then sprinkle on the sumac spice.
Toss again and serve.
