     Pulled Pork/Chicken

Ingredients
6 frozen chicken breasts or pork butt
12 oz. barbecue sauce
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
 

Instructions
1. Place chicken/pork butt in slow cooker.
2. In a separate bowl, mix BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover and cook 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low.
4. Open crockpot and pull chicken breasts apart using 2 forks. Chicken should shred easily.
