     Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked and diced chicken
2 cups cooked rice, no instant
1/2 cup slivered almonds or water chestnuts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 small onions, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
1 10oz pkg frozen green peas
3/4 cup diced celery
 
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 tsp salt
3 or more tbsp fresh lemon juice( much better with more than 3 tbsp)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in casserole; refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour in 375 oven. let stand 30 minutes before serving.
