     Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 c mayonnaise
1.4 oz vegetable soup mix
1 T green onion
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thaw / squeeze)
1 c sour cream
8 oz can water chestnuts (drained / chopped)
1 round loaf of bread
 
Instructions
Mix mayo, sour cream, spinach, soup mix, chestnuts & onion. Chill 1 hour.
Cut and hollow 3" wide ring to within 1/2" from bottom of loaf. Save scooped bread.
Spoon mixture into bread. Tear bread and scatter around loaf for dipping.
