     Easiest and Tastiest Ever French Toast

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
1 cup refrigerated dairy creamer (any flavor you want)
12 1-inch-thick slices French bread (or Texas toast)
Powdered sugar (optional)
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Toasted Pecans (optional) - see note
Maple syrup (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
 
Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and coffee creamer. Dip both sides of each slice of bread in egg mixture.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook bread for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve with optional toppings of choice.
Note- To toast pecans, melt 1 teaspoon butter over medium heat in small skillet. Add 1/2 cup of pecans and cook and stir for three minutes or until toasted.
