Cakes-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. With mixer on med speed, beat
in milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Drop 1 measuring tablespoon of batter onto prepared
sheet. Repeat with remaining batter, spacing 2 in apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until cakes
spring back when lightly pressed. Cool completely on sheets on wire racks.

Filling- With mixer on med speed mix salt water, confectioners sugar, marshmallow crème, and
vanilla until fluffy. Spread filling on flat side of half cakes, sandwich with remaining cakes.
