     Red Pepper Hummus

1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
2-1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin (optional) leave out if you don't like it
1 -19 ounce can chicken peas rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove quatered

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Yields 2 cups.
Calories 94 per 1/3 cup
