     Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
Cake-
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
1 c pumpkin
4 eggs
2 c flour
2 t baking soda
3 t baking powder
 
1/4 t salt
2 t cinnamon
Icing-
2 pkg cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
2 c confectioners sugar
1/4 c pure maple syrup
Instructions
Combine sugar and veg oil. Blend in vanilla, pumpkin and eggs. Combine flour,baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to wet mixture. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes
Icing- Combine with mixer cream cheese (room temp), butter, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 1/4 c maple syrup.
