Bake pie crust according to instructions until golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 c Italian cheese. Set oven to 350.

Cut tomatoes into wedges and drain on paper towels. Arrange tomatoes in pie shell. Combine garlic & basil in processor. Sprinkle over tomatoes.

|
Combine remaining Italian cheese, mayo, parmesan & pepper. Spread over basil mixture.
|
|
|
Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown & bubbly.
