     Corn Relish

Ingredients
2 16 ounce cans shoepeg corn, drained
1 16 ounce can le sueur petite peas (silver can), drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
4 ounce jar piment,drained and chopped
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup white distilled vinegar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
 
salt & pepper

Instructions
In a saucepan, add sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, salt and pepper and heat up.
In a bowl, mix together corn, peas, onion, green pepper and pimentos.
Poor liquid over vegetables and stir.
