Make graham cracker crust and pack down in bottom of
cupcake liners. Best to use foil cupcake liners.
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream together cream
cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time.
Spoon into cupcake liners until almost full. Bake
30 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes.

|
Mix topping ingredients. Fill indentation in
cupcakes and smooth on top. Return to oven for 5
minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
|
|
|
Can serve with cherries, strawberries or blueberries
on top.
