     Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup rice
2 cups fresh/frozen vegetables
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In an 8x12 baking dish, mix together soup, water, rice, vegetables, and onion powder. Top with chicken breast halves, and bake for 45 minutes.
Top casserole with cheddar cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
