Ingredients
2 separated eggs (both beaten)
1 cup cream corn
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp melted butter
 
Instructions
Mix egg yolks and corn; then add butter and egg whites.
Drop into deep hot fat and fry until golden brown.
