     Paleoish Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 C Garbanzo bean, quinoa, almond flour
1/4 C Coconut flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
3-5 TBS Stevia
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 TBS Coconut Oil
1/2 C Coconut/ Almond Milk
1/2 C Water
 
1 Egg
Blue Berries or cinnamon for dif tastes

Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients Add in wet ingredients mix all with wire whisk Add more coconut flour or water to get to consistency desired
Heat up pan on medium heat and lightly grease with spray or coconut oil Use a tablespoon to spoon out serving Flip after batter starts to make holes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Homade Compote
