3 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
|
|
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
|
|
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
|
|
4 eggs
|
|
2 tsp. vanilla extract
|

CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST-
|
|
1.5 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers)
|
|
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
|
|
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
|

Preheat oven to 300. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
|

|
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 mins., or until center is set.
|
|
|
Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
