     Chili, White Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, washed and patted dry
2 cans (14-oz.) chicken broth
1 jar (48 oz.) great northern beans, with liquid
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced, fresh garlic
1 (3-oz.) can chopped green chilies, with liquid
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground oregano
Chopped green onion, shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips for garnish
 

Instructions
Bake chicken at 350 for 30 mins. Cut in pieces. (Or prepare in micro or Royal Prestige.)
In large pot, pour small amount of broth. Add onion and garlic and simmer until onion is wilted and hot.
Add chilies, stir, then add broth and beans with liquid. Mix in cumin and oregano. Bring to a boil and add chicken.
Cover and simmer for at least 30 mins.
