2 Tb chopped shallots, or finely chopped garlic and onions
1tb chopped fresh thyme
1/4 ts kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
On a baking sheet, combine sugar snap peas with
EVOO. Sprinkle shallots, thyme and salt. Mix well.
Spread sugar snap peas in a single layer on baking
sheet.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until tender but firm.
Serve.
