     Soy Sauce Pork Chops

Ingredients
3 one pound pork chops, bone in
3 slices of bacon
3/4c soy sauce
1Tb finely chopped onions
1/2ts garlic salt
1Tb white vinegar
1/4ts salt
1/4ts ground black pepper
3/4c brown sugar
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except for pork chops and bacon in a bowl. Stir well. Add liquid to Ziploc bag.
Poke holes in pork chops with a fork. Add pork chops and bacon to Ziploc bag. Marinate meat in liquid for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap one strip of bacon around each pork chop. Lay meat flat in a big casserole dish. Discard remaining liquid.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with bread.
