     Teriyaki Chicken Salad w/ Poppy seed dressing

Ingredients
1 c. of honey teriyaki marinade
1 Ib. boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 c. torn romaine lettuce
3 medium kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 celery ribs
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 c. fresh strawberries
 
1 c. of raspberries
3 green onions chopped
½ c. salted cashews
Poppy seed dressing

Instructions
Place chicken in marinade and put in fridge overnight. When finished, drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. Slice chicken and mix in fruit and veggies and pour on the dressing.
