     Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
3 T butter
2 T flour
2 c. milk
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
crushed croutons
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. dry macaroni noodles
Cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Cook macaroni according to directions. In a casserole dish, melt butter and Velveeta cheese; add milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Combine the noodles into the casserole dish with the mixture. Garnish top with grated cheese. Cook at 350 degrees with the casserole dish covered for 15 minutes, then remove cover and cook 10 additional minutes to brown the top.
