     Glazed Salmon Fillet with Salad

Ingredients
1 lb salmon
2 cups texas pete fiery sweet sauce plus 1 for basting
1 cucumber, small diced
2 avocados, medium diced
1 jalapeno, minced
1/2 red onion, small diced
4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Marinate salmon in Texas Pete sauce for 30 minutes.
Over medium-high heat, grill salmon until internal temperature reaches 145F. Brush liberally with additional sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients and gently fold together. Serve alongside salmon.
