     Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
4 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 c. oat bran
1/4 c. toasted wheat germ
1/4 c. unsalted sunflower kernels
3 T. flaxseed
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. honey
 
2 T. canola oil

Instructions
In a lg. bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Drizzle with honey and oil; toss to coat. Spread in a 15-in.x10-in.x1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 min. or until lightly browned, stirring twice.
Note: Serve over yogurt or with milk for breakfast, or as a snack.
