Mix 1/3 cup mayo with milk until the consistency of ranch
dressing and rub over both sides of trimmed fish. Crush Salt and
Vinegar chips for 2/3 cup and mix with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
Pat evenly over both sides of fish. Place fish is shallow pan or dish
and cover with piece of foil on top. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
