     CAKES- Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
3 tbs cocoa
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
 
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
FROSTING
1stick margarine
3 tbs cocoa
6 tbs milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup pecans and 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift flour, sugar and sale together. In sauce pan, bring to a boil margarine, water and cocoa. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch floured pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
FROSTING- in saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa and milk. Heat til margarine is completely melted. DO NOT BOIL. Gradually add confectioners sugar. Add chopped pecans and vanilla. Spread over warm cake.
