     Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients
8-16 oz. spaghetti, cooked
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 lbs. vegetables
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
 

Instructions
Toss cooked spaghetti with olive oil.
Pour olive oil into wok. Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Add vegetables. Cook quickly on high heat until thawed. Add spaghetti. Stir and let fry for 5 minutes. Brown pasta if possible, but don't burn. Sprinkle soy sauce and sesame oil as it cooks.
