Cook the noodles slightly al dente. When they're done, rinse and
run under cool water. Meanwhile, saute the vegetables in a wok. Mix
together the ketchup, agave and soy sauce in a bowl. When the
veggies are soft and beginning to carmelize, add the noodles and
stir. After a minute or two add the ketchup mixture. Increase the
heat and stir fry for a few minutes, letting the noodles get crispy
parts. Serve immediately.
