     Tomato garlic noodles

Ingredients
1 package of thai rice noodles
oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red, yellow or green pepper
1 medium onion, diced
1 crown of broccoli
6 tbsp organic ketchup
2 tbsp agave
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
sliced protein of your choice (I like gardein chik'n)

Instructions
Cook the noodles slightly al dente. When they're done, rinse and run under cool water. Meanwhile, saute the vegetables in a wok. Mix together the ketchup, agave and soy sauce in a bowl. When the veggies are soft and beginning to carmelize, add the noodles and stir. After a minute or two add the ketchup mixture. Increase the heat and stir fry for a few minutes, letting the noodles get crispy parts. Serve immediately.
