Ingredients
1/2 CUP SHORTENING
1/4 TSP SALT
1 CUP WATER
1 CUP FLOUR
4 EGGS
ANY FLAVOR PUDDING
 

Instructions
PLACE SHORTENING , SALT AND WATER IN PAN. BRING TO A BOIL,STIR UNTIL SHORTENING IS MELTED. ADD FLOUR, BEAT IN PAN OVER LOW HEAT WITH MIXER ON LOW UNTIL MIXTURE FORMA A SMOOTH MASS AND COMES AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME-BEAT ABOUT 30 SECONDS AFTER EACH EGG. DROP BY SPOONFULS 2 INCHES APART ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 450, REDUCE HEAT TO 400 FOR 25 MINUTES. WHEN COOL, CUT OFF TOP, HOLLOW AND FILL WITH PUDDING.
