     Basic Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Mix ground beef, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper together.
Shape mixture by tbsp into 1.5 inch balls. Place the meatballs in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven until light brown, about 20-25 minutes. Drain off an excess fat.
Freezing- cover and allow meatballs to cool slightly before freezing. Allow meatballs to thaw about 30 minutes at room temperature before using.
