DO NOT BUY (STEAK TIPS) from the store. It's usually
top round and not good for this recipe. Rest meat at
room temperature and pierce frequently on both sides
with a fork. Dice meat to 2-3 inch pieces.
Mix other ingredients and reserve in a ziplock bag.
Add beef tips and marinade for 2-24 hours.
Grill or broil to 130-135 degrees (medium). Do NOT
cook to medium rare or less. The meat needs the
extra temp to get tender. Tent the tips and rest for
5 minutes before serving.
