     Hickory Nut Cookie

Ingredients
1 lb. butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt
1 1/2 cup hickory nuts
 
Instructions
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Add the rest. Divide into 4 rolls and line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Refrigerate dough. Slice. Bake at 350°
