     Peanut butter filled cupcakes

Ingredients
1 c flour
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
 
3 Oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
T. honey
1 T. milk

Instructions
In med. mixing bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, soda, and salt. In large mixing bowl, beat shortening about 30 sec. Add brown sugar and ; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. add dry ingredients alternately with the 1/2 c. milk. In a med. bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter, honey and 1T. milk; beat . Place a scant 2 T. batter in paper lined baking cup. Spoon 1 rounded cream cheese mixture into center of each; fill cups with remaining batter. Bake at 375 oven for 20 minutes or till done.
