     Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
 
Instructions
In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse 1 cup frozen strawberries until finely chopped. Transfer chopped berries to a large metal bowl.
In food processor, combine 1 cup 2% plain greek yogrut, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 additional cups frozen strawberries. Puree until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl with chopped strawberries. Stir until well combined. Cover and freeze about 1 hour or until firm but not hard.
