     Hot Crabmeat Canapes

Ingredients
1 can Crab Meat
1/2 lb. Frozen Crab Meat - thawed
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
6 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp minced onion
1/2 clove garlic - crushed
1/8 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
 
Dash of Salt
50 Ritz Crackers

Instructions
Marinate crab meat in lemon juice for 1 hour. Whip Cheese and cream together until smooth. Beat in mayonnaise. Add onion, garlic, salt, worcestershire sauce and meat. Spread mixture on crackers. Place on cookie sheet. Lightly toast on lowest setting in oven for about 3 mins.
