Ingredients
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp.Salt
1/4 Tsp.Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil Or Margarine
 
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and Oil. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water and continue to mix with knife, add in a little more water if needed.
Mold with hands and shape into a long wedge.
Slice off and bake in a 400 Degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 Minutes.
You may Chill before slicing if desired.
