Soak beans overnight in cold water, saving the water
to simmer next morning. In morning bring beans to a
boil, let simmer for 1/2 hour. In Bean Crock put in
the ingredients.

Add simmered beans and water, mix together. Place
bacon or pork salt on top. Add more water if needed
to cover.
|
|
|
Bake at 250 degree fahrenheit for 7 hours. After 4
hours. Take out 1 cup and mash. Stir back in
carefully.

Add Liquid several times to keep beans just covered.
